Head of Product & Delivery
Take ideas from our founder and needs from US clients — understand the why — and turn them into complete, world-class product. Our founder opens more opportunities than we can turn into finished product, and our engineers can build. What sits between the idea and the build — understanding what the client actually needs, deciding what to make, and driving it to done — is the seat. You own product and delivery on CQ and a US client platform, lead day-to-day delivery with our engineering team, and take briefs directly from Erik. You own the what and the why; engineering owns the how.
Senior Product Engineer
Renn Labs is building more than our small team can ship — several products across B2B and consumer, all AI-native. We're hiring a Senior Product Engineer who takes an idea and drives it to shipped product, leads how we build, and grows with the company. You'll work directly with leadership, own delivery across our products, and set the bar for how we build. This is not a ticket-taking role, and it's not a hands-off manager role. The best small teams in 2026 ship by having a strong builder direct AI coding agents, review the output, and own the outcome. That's how we work — and it's who we're hiring.
Growth Engineering Lead
Renn Labs builds products faster than we turn them into revenue — several products across B2B and consumer, all US-market. We need someone to build the systematic growth engine we've been missing: the funnels, the tracking, the demand machine, the repeatable playbook. You'll own how we get and grow customers, work directly with leadership, and lead a small marketing team. This is a builder role — you ship working funnels and experiments, not strategy decks.
Investment Senior Manager
You own end-to-end execution across Renn Global's integrated platform covering investment banking style underwriting, advisory delivery, co-investment syndication support, and post-deal follow-through. You drive deal quality, speed, and stakeholder coordination across credit and equity, with primary depth in venture and growth equity.
